I just want to say that my stay at this hotel in Shanghai was absolutely great. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service was amazing — honestly, beyond my expectations. I’d especially like to mention one of the staff members, Nelly. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I can truly say I’ve never experienced service like this before. She was bilingual, which was a huge plus, because in other parts of China communication was often a challenge. Nelly went completely out of her way to help me in every possible way. She was professional, attentive, and took her job very seriously. She was absolutely amazing and would be a real asset to your establishment. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
