This accomodation is one of the best apartment experiences I had, and I do travel a lot, From 1 to 10 I give it a 12, without a doubt. Really can't and won't hide my delight by the way mr Alex and his lovely faimily made me feel welcomed as a guest. Accomadation is organized with a lot of taste and everything is functional and enjoyable. Every single detail (and there are so many of them) expressed their seriousness, professionalism and dedication to their guest/s. Everything is so intelligently composed with a lot of style and taste. From decorations of room, bathroom, stairs, to small details regarding equipment and organization. It is simply impossible not to be grateful for efforts they make and commitment they express. Bed is super comfy. Parking is specious enough even though I had no need for it... I booked this accomodation knowing very few informations about it but now, I want to say huge thank you to them. Whenever I get the chance I'll return in this beautiful place.

Cute apartment with nice little space in the corner for reading/working/drinking coffee. Everything was spotlessly clean and working. Even when we encountered a small issue, the host of the apartment was quick to assist. The location is a bit out of the city center but the metro station is near and the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful with everything you need nearby. Beds are comfy, big tv is nice, kitchen facilities working and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee is very nice.

Petra's property is really really amazing !! It appears that she travels a lot so she knows what a tourist needs for their stay. Although the apartment is small, it has everything ! Every detail is well thought and made with love ! I would really recommend this place to everyone.
Location is great also, it's not in the centre of Dortmund but still close with metro. It's calm and easy to reach.

Our stay at these apartments by Phoenixsee was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect — right by the lake, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, yet still close to the city. The apartment was modern, very clean, and well-furnished, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was welcoming and responsive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We would be happy to come back and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dortmund!
