Very clean room, everything was there, food, drinks, every possible kitchen appliance. The appartment was very quiet and there has been a very good contact with the host. Any questions were answered in minutes, the instructions to get to the appartement were very clear and it was a very good experience.

The studio was really comfortable, everything was new and Petra was very thoughtful. There were some food and drinks that she left for the arrival (milk, bear, cereal, etc...) which were very helpful since I arrived late in Dortmund.

The location is just perfect. You can reach any metro line from here. Also, many restaurants are very close. I would stay here again. Definitely a recommended place to stay in Dortmund. Easy to get in with app.

Our stay at these apartments by Phoenixsee was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect — right by the lake, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, yet still close to the city. The apartment was modern, very clean, and well-furnished, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was welcoming and responsive, which made our visit even more enjoyable.
