The apartment is very cosy, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and bright. It is situated in a very nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood of Hamburg, near U bahn and buses to all directions eg. city center, airport and train stations. It is walking distance to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bistros, coffee shops and bars. We stayed there for 4 weeks and we really enjoyed it! The apartment is highly recommended without second thoughts! Although for us it was not a problem, it is fair to mention, that the lift goes up to the 6th floor and then you need to use the stairs to reach the apartment on the 7th floor.

The stuff was very polite and helpful. Hotel is nice. Location is very good. Botanic garden is very nice so I prefer to pass it each time on the way to hotel. I also like bird songs when I open the window)

The location was ideal and amazingly quiet -- despite being near the Dammtor rail station. Also, the best bed and bedding I have enjoyed in a long time (thinking of Swiss hotel in the 90s). The duvet and pillows were excellent quality. Also, the people at the reception were exceptionally helpful (tips for restaurants including how to eat Scholle) and very quick (also during those managing reservations when I was asking to extend my stay while traveling). This hotel is the most praiseworthy hotel I've encountered in decades. Really exceptional.
