The location is nothing but perfect for tourists visiting Barcelona (walking distance to metro, bus stations, mini-markets, restaurants and even some of the "most wanted" city attractions).
All guests (including those living in the "next door" building have unlimited access to all the available amenities - such as the lovely terrace, coffee, cookies). And by the way, the secondary building is located right "next door", so no issues for people coming for breakfast. Speaking off, every day we found little something different or new at the buffet. Never had problems of the empty trays being re-filled, regardless the late hours we used to come to eat.
Last but not least is the personnel's hospitality, making us feel like visiting friends house not a touristic accommodation.

Breakfast is excellent for value. We paid 14€ each and weren’t expecting much from it, however it was so good. Pancakes and Nutella, fresh pineapples and gluten free muffins were my favorites for the 3 days we stayed there. Would 100% recommend to buy breakfast.
