I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in and late checkout, which was a huge help. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly spacious—exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better! Everything I needed was within easy reach, which added to the overall convenience of my stay. A special shoutout to Sofia and one of the receptionists (a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a great location, and a comfortable stay!

Location! Cannot beat it. There's so much around in digbeth. I've stayed here around 3 times now and will be back in January. The staff are lovely, it's so close to the city and there's just endless things to do around Digbeth. I can't recommend this place enough
