It was our first time traveling to Tiblisi, and we stayed at the newly opened Swissôtel for seven nights. The hotel is in excellent location. We had the best service at the hotel. The staff are very friendly & attentive & helpful. The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of modern luxury and Swiss precision. Our rooms were spacious and elegantly designed. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide array of fresh, high-quality options to choose from.
In every aspect, from the luxurious facilities to the personal touches from the staff, our stay at Swissôtel Tbilisi was exceptional. We left feeling thoroughly cared for and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a five-star experience in the heart of the city.

stayed here twice. And the 2 nd time was even better. The staff were extremely nice and helpful . The small fixes the room need I have noticed the first time I was there where all fixed. The place obviously is working hard to keep the facility in good shape
