The property is perfectly located if your requirement is to be close to the airport. There is a metro station about 5 mins walking distance if you need to go into the main city. The property is exceptionally maintained. The staff are absolutely awesome and caring of all guests. Special shout out to Pritam and Pavan at Soak who made sure we had a special afternoon. The food at Soak was absolutely awesome. Kudos to the entire team. They are working on the opening of the outdoor area and once that is done, I think the place will be stellar.
The rooms are modern and clean with all the amenities that one would expect. The hallways are generally well insulated and you don't get a lot of outside noise in your room.
I loved the fact that we were served by differently abled people. All of them did a fantastic job. Kudos to the property for promoting this.
Well done to the entire team at Novotel, Pune, Viman Nagar.

staff are excellent and rooms etc are clean and well maintained If you do not wish to eat at the hotel, there is an amazing restaurant and bar next door named Akari. A little bit hard to spot from the street, but just walk down the laneway on the left of the hotel as you walk out, and you will find it.
