The breakfast spread was really good. Dinner we usually skipped because we went out. The beach is not that close and uneventful but the the best part is they have a shuttle service going to the beach whenever anybody wants to visit. Also, they have their people at the beach for any needs.

We loved the location and that the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable, lovely big spacious rooms. It was a joy to have a fridge too. The huge bonus was the amazing pool, very clean pool🤩 Management were very helpful and attentive to our needs and organized our early morning taxi to the airport and made sure we were up.

The bright and hospitable owner-manager makes staying here a treat. Lucio has an MBA and it appears that he must have majored in customer service. He helped me get an Indian SIM card and a long-distance taxi to my next destination. I especially liked the quality loaner bicycles that made it ever so easy to get to the beach.-

The ultimate villa for a perfect holiday. The house is home away from home. The host/owner Mr. Joseph is an excellent and extremely friendly host and has taken care of every minute detail a guest might need. The house if fully equipped.A well thought and well planned house. It gives you the feel of a country life style but close to all the necessities. There is a care taker who is at your beck and call. There is a restaurant menu in the house with a large variety of Indian cuisine and also Goan cuisine. Moreover swiggy and zomato also supply at this location. There is a grocery store just a 1 minute walk from the house and has all your personal requirements and more. Carmona beach is just a 5 minutes ride away. My family and I would love to stay here everytime we come to Goa for a holiday.
