The overall experience was great. Hotel is well located, few steps away from the Ponte Vecchio. The area is surrounded by nice restaurants and bars, walking distance to main touristic spots in town. Staff was very cordial and breakfast was good with a nice view of the town.

This hotel is a hidden gem! So close to Uffizi, Duomo and everything is in walking distance! The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. We really love the breakfast! You got plenty of choices and they were all very well prepared!!! It looks very pretty and also very tasty! The host was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips about the restaurants. They are all very good!!! Highly recommended!

Everything was exceptional, making our stay a really wonderful experience. The staff were extremely nice with us throughout our stay, and they were like that with everyone. The reception was impeccable, valet as well. The parking was a bit on the expensive side, but it's right in the center of Florence. The room was perfect, cleaning of the rooms was perfect as well. Would definitely recommend and come back here. The location of the hotel is 5-10min walk to the most important places in Florence as well!!
