Roberto and Francesca were so friendly and helpful with suggestions for Parma, which i now love. Communication was easy and Roberto was so nice to pick me up from the hotel and take me to train station (twice!). Great clean rooms, spacious and nicely furnished. There was breakfast too with the other guests which was nice.

It is the BEST B&B I’ve ever stayed!!! Highly recommend it! It’s so clean, lovely and cozy that you can’t imagine. The breakfast was unbelievably amazing and the owners are super friendly. I should’ve stayed in Parma longer because it is also a lovely city. I’ll definitely come back and book this B&B again.

The host was so helpful with a tour that we had booked the wrong date and assisted us with getting it corrected. Also host was great in restaurant choice and even the best things to order. The location at first we weren’t sure bc it’s off a very quiet street but when we got out and walked around we realized it was very well situated to going around Parma and easy walk to everything. We would recommend this place.

Vanessa made sure I had anything I could possibly want for breakfast. As she was aware that I was intolerant to dairy milk, she supplied all sorts of veggie surrogates possible. Granola bars, whole flour bakery products, fresh fruits, juices, and Greek yogurt were also a big plus. Also essentials where SPA-degree with all sorts of original fragrances for specific application (shower gels, hydrating lotions, deodorant, shampoos, conditioners...).

Everything was excellent. The owners, Paolo & Roberto, could not have been nicer and the rooms could not have been better. We were two couples traveling together so they had us in rooms next to each other which was perfect for us to maximize our time together and coordinate our outings. The beds were very comfortable, the showers luxurious ! Well equipped with a Nespresso machine & pods in the room. We opted for breakfast to be included. Offered at a sweet cafe just a few steps away it was a real treat. Location wise, Palazzo Godzilla is right next to the Ducale Park so an easy beautiful walk to the center of town. (10 mins on foot if you go direct but 20 mins through the park) Parking was easy on the street and Paolo & Roberto were very accommodating helping us park easily.
