Dobili smo sobu bolju od one koju smo bukirali, bili su veoma ljubazni. Hotel je predivan i na odličnoj lokaciji. Parking je kod hotela a u okviru zidina starog grada. Predivan hotel, savršeno osoblje. Restoran sa božanstvenom hranom. Doručak je vrhunski a posebno smo uživali u tradicionalnoj Sienskoj kuhinji. Momci iz restorana su predivni.
