Great customer service at this hotel! The staff are very friendly. There is a car simulator on the ground floor which is very cool. The rooms are so spacious and big and very relaxing! Loved that we got traditional Japanese clothing items to try as well.

Very close to Ebisu Circuit less than 10min by car. Buffet breakfast and dinner had lots of choices and all very delicious.

Nice little onsen with an amazing staff. The town is exactly what you would expect from an onsen town and this hostel makes it accessible to everybody, loved it!
