We loved how family friendly this location is, we were bringing our 8 months old baby with us and could not have picked a better place. we chose the apartment and getting supplies was convenient as there is a family mart just <2 min away walk and 7-11 within 5 min walking distance. The neighbourhood was quiet but not too isolating and within close proximity to ikebukuro. There was also a halal Gyumon also <7 min walk which makes it uber convenient. In terms of luggage, the hotel manages it own same day delivery transport as well as Yamato services too. There was a money changer onsite as well.
what made us feel right at home, eventhough there was a washer dryer, there was a washer dryer floor WITH a kids play area which made it so convenient to do laundry with a little one at bay!
The staff also gave us some baby friendly ameneties such as a baby bath tub, baby cot etc.

Location is great, short walk if take the Limousine Bus from Haneda to Sunshine City Terminal. Short walk to west Ikebukuro and Sunshine city. My wife left her gold ring during our stay and the host kindly kept it for week until we had time to pick it up.

Very clean, quiet and covenient with provisions for washing clothes, cooking/heating food. It’s like mini home away from home. There’s conbi around the corner for midnight snack cravings. Also, efficient check in/check out process. Please note though that it is a 7-10min walk to ikebukuro station. :)

The location is excellent – very close to the JR Yamanote Line, which connects to all other lines and takes you directly to the most attractive parts of the city.
The apartment has everything you need and even more than we expected. It’s very clean, each room has its own air conditioning, and one of the rooms has tatami mats, which gives a wonderful authentic Japanese touch. 🇯🇵 ❤️
