I loved everything about Lancaster hotel The staff were all amazing Maha from reception and Hussain from reception and Yousif they did an amazing job , always helpful and supportive. I forgot my watch when I checked out and on my way to the airport they called me to take it back and the driver from hotel took us back to take it while being so friendly, this hotel has the best staff ever they made our stay so amazing, definitely coming back

Everything was perfect; location, food, service & very friendly staff especially Dilane she is very helpful & very beautiful. Naser also is really a very good guy who always ready for help. Most of the girls are pretty.. it felt like I am in a middle of miss Lebanon competition 😅. Highly recommended hotel and will definitely visit again.
