The breakfast was excellent, best we ever had. The room and also the bathroom was so so big, tidy, comfortable and even it was next to a main road, it wasn't disturbing. Wellness has a beautiful view on the 20th level.

Charming little hotel at a convenient location. Even though I arrived in the middle of the night and the hotel doesn't offer 24/7 reception facilities, the owner welcomed me and did everything to sort a little problem out.

We had such a memorable stay at Johanna's place! She was an exceptional host, full of stories about her exciting life and travels, and she thinks of everything as far as special touches and amenities. The breakfast is the best you can ask for! Johanna was very understanding of our delayed arrival time, be sure to communicate with her day before or day of to be helpful! She also helped us with easy parking, and made our visit to Utrecht during Koningsdag feel like we were experiencing it with a local!~
