I had a really great stay at the InterContinental Warsaw. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and I loved how they explained everything upfront without me even having to ask. When I ordered room service, the lady was so kind and lovely to talk to, and I really appreciated the small gesture of greeting me and saying thank you in Arabic. It made the whole stay feel really easy and comfortable.

The hotel itself is very close to the centre. Breakfast very rich and offered various kinds of meals to choice. Restaurant very good. Despite the fact it's next to the frequent way, there wasn't any big noise in the room from the outside, excluding very occasional noise from emergency or police sirens.
