The staff were by far the kindest people we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. My wife and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary here and they surprised us with a room upgrade with a nice view and later in the day with a bottle of Prosecco and sweets with a handwritten note wishing us happy anniversary.
