Super clean and amazing location in a beautiful neighborhood in Jeddah. The staff are great, valet parking made life super easy and the ability to enjoy multiple specialty coffee places within walking distance was great.

The property is just off of main Madinah Street which makes the access to Sari, Tahliah and King Abdulaziz road an ease. It is also 10-15 mins (max) from the airport and from Mall of Arabia. The rooms are spacious and the amenities in the rooms were top notch. The buffet breakfast was fantabulous providing you both Arabic and English options to choose from. We had to change the itinerary due to unforeseen flight delays and the duty manager was not only responsive via Booking.com messaging but also graciously accepted our itinerary change request without any penalties. Overall, I will highly recommend this place for families as well as to solo travellers.

It was really clean with good smell and the sheets are new. We're happy that this aparthotel provide loofa as one of the toiletries pack- they are keen in keeping the visitors bath enjoyable.
