The staff were all exceptional: we had a fabulous welcome and everyone was so friendly.
Although our room looked a little old, it was comfortable and quiet.
The location near the train station was perfect. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.
We were there during Eurovision 2024 so we weren’t sure what to expect but I would stay there again. Great hotel!

The male receptionist with glasses who I met when check in is so nice and helpful. He helps us a lot, that makes me feel so grateful and want to send my thanks to him.
Room is so clean, spacious and modern. Bed is so comfortable so I had a really good sleep.
