The property itself is exceptional. Done in excellent taste , located in the middle of everything with amazing facilities and accessibility.
Hats off to Nick Hamm, the GM, who we had the pleasure of meeting a few times, for running an excellent efficient operation. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms, pool and breakfast buffet were exceptional !
And we cannot thank Chef Wanchai and Tueanjai the supervisor at our favourite Japanese restaurant in the world , Yamazato. They were so careful to make sure our son’s allergic requirements were catered to!

Ery clean hotel, lication is good, staff are welcoming and helpful all the time. Am muslim so it was so convenient for me because they provide halal food at the breakfast. Also we got prayer room at reception which made things easy. Definitely will recomend others for thus hotel.

I love the staff here, they are so warmth and hospitable. You can feel they truly care for the guest well being.
Location of hotel is also central and good.
The pool does seem inviting and the pool deck looks comfy and relaxing. Especially good for those looking for a good time to bask under the sun.
