It was incredibly clean, staff were incredibly friendly. Overall it’s an amazing place to stay over at.

Difficult to say since everything was just perfect from the arrival to departure: easy parking, great food especially at breakfast, amazing spa. But it is the staff that made the stay most memorable. Special thanks to Dmytro who is on reception but also doubles as a guide.

The property is situated in close proximity to all restaurants/bars/spas ( not to mention that the hotel has its own incredible spa facilities) and skiing slopes. All gets get a 10% discount at the nearby rental place which is way cheaper than to rent at the Bukovel ski rentals. The hosts are tentative and take very good care of all of your needs. Very flexible as well and often great food at their restaurant.

The breakfast was nice and in abundance. The location is great. Just walk 3 min to ski lift and enjoy skiing. The outdoor pool is amaizing.

Nice personal, clean and good food

The spa is amazing. The food is delicious, the cocktails are unique and must try, the staff is helpful. The view is amazing, location is very good.

Perfect place to chill out and unwind. One of my favorites, handsdown. Staff, spa, immaculately clean rooms , as well as a mountain view restaurant are top notch.

Everything was super clean and shiny

Silent, convenient, close to the slope and ski lift, delicious breakfast, clean and fresh bedclothes.

I liked everything. Nice hotel staff, always ready to help and give advice, good location of the hotel, I liked the sauna and outdoor swimming pool with warm water.
