I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The location is ideal—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. This property is stunning. It really does feel like stepping back in time. So much detail, it is beautiful. The staff are fantastic. Someone in our travelling party had an issue with their room being too close to the lift, which was a bit noisy and they moved both of us to upgraded rooms. Pro tip- request a room away from the lift!! It was handled so quickly though. We did the tour of room 311 and the man who took us there was great! They really do a good job. Super handy with Starbucks downstairs, a restaurant and a bar with lighter meals.
