Great location and friendly staff. All major attractions are within walking distance. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There's a free coffee machine near the reception and they even provided a small breakfast for people running the marathon.

The room tone is quite dark but the best thing is the friendly and service mind of the the front desk staff. My friend lost passport so we needed help from the front desk to print many document. They help us like a family. It is very impressed. Location is very good. Stay here if you come to Chicago.
