Everything! The best part of this property is their staff, from the managers to the valet, special shoutout to Sandrine and Nicole who are the most amazing managers. They have been super sweet and helpful. We had a minor issue with our room, they took our issue very seriously and immediately supported us. They offered us complementary breakfast to make up for it. Then when we came back to Sunset Marquis for the second time again, and they gave us a huge upgrade. Lovely people, feels like our home in LA! The property itself is gorgeous, spacious rooms, it is in an amazing location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You can end up running into celebrities as well as it is a very popular hotel amongst locals as well.

Room was gorgeous, spacious, updated, clean, bright, lovely view, with fridge & coffee maker, bright modern sleek bathroom, huge shower, nice big towels & extra towels, very comfortable bed/bedding. Location was very quiet considering it's right on Sunset Blvd. Pool area is gorgeous with lush gardens, lots of birds, very peaceful and pool was heated!! which was a pleasant surprise as we've been travelling a lot lately and noone's pool was heated. Lots of loungers & seating area to relax even if you're not going to swim. Location is great if you're okay walking to see lots of relatively nearby places. We also used uber a LOT! Hotel will call airport taxi for you - check first as it 'might' be a better deal than uber. Serve-yourself breakfast provided was great - eggs/bacon/potatoes, waffles, various pastries, yoghurt. Juices, coffee/milk. A room was ready when we got there at 10:30am and they let us have it (i.e. did not make us wait until afternoon checkin time like some other places do). All round fantastic stay!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially at reception. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Beverly Hills. The car parking service was smooth and convenient. The hotel itself is top-notch, with spacious rooms, large and comfortable bathrooms, and a truly luxurious atmosphere.

The room was huge, very comfortable and super clean. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and close to nice restaurants so we could walk to many places. The valet service is excellent, and the service in the reception is outstanding - we mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary, and they upgraded our room to the highest floor and left us strawberries and a bottle of wine. The whole experience was wonderful
