If you’re visiting Nara, I absolutely recommend staying here. No question! For the price, this place exceeded all my expectations. The room had tatami flooring and, although it’s technically a hotel, it truly felt like staying in a ryokan. It was spotless — incredibly clean — and the onsen was one of the highlights of my trip. The bath area was beautifully maintained, and sitting in the outdoor bath while hearing the distant JR train pass by was such a unique and memorable experience. The service was excellent, parking was available, and the facilities were very convenient. Honestly, could this be one of the best accommodations in Nara? I really think so! The location is also fantastic — easy to walk around, peaceful, and quiet. I stayed in a room with a view of Nara Station, yet it wasn’t noisy at all, and the view was great. They even provide late-night ramen as a snack, which was such a thoughtful and delicious touch. Experiencing a ryokan-style stay at this price point is amazing. I enjoyed the onsen at night and again in the morning — I made the most of it! I would recommend this place to everyone without hesitation, and I definitely want to come back again already.

I loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect—central but peaceful, not chaotic or noisy at all. The onsen was amazing and such a relaxing way to end the day. Staff were all lovely and helpful. I also really appreciated the free ramen at night—it was such a cozy touch! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is just behind the station which was the reason of our initial choice but there was so much more than that! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel is modern, our room had everything we might need, even clothes for the onsen on the 12th floor, shower was larger than average, we could use either the AC or open the window for fresh air when the room was getting warm, we found out there was a free soup for dinner which was gorgeous, drinks are also for free.

We were pleasantly surprised with the generosity of the hotel. Their onsen opens up until late night and they also offer freeramen meal and popsicles at night. Not to mention, their room is spacious and well-maintained. Convenient location near the station too is another plus. Am still surprised why is this not a four star hotel.
