Maison très bien équipée et située pour des balades en vélo, un séjour au calme ou encore pour un pied à terre si vous venez pour un mariage dans le domaine situé à seulement 15 minutes à pied. La propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante !

We loved everything about this property. You enter through the main door into the open-plan lounge kitchen-diner. There is a large table for all to sit around, the kitchen is well-equipped, beyond the kitchen a utility room and separate toilet. As you go up the narrow staircase on the first floor there are two lovely double bedrooms and bathroom, continuing up the narrow staircase into a large attic room there are 5 single beds. The house is beautifully done out with some lovely little touches. The outside area has a wooden table and bench to sit around. There is a beautiful walk along the canal just 2 minutes away. Melinda kept us informed and replied to all our messages with minutes. I have no hesitation in receommending this little gem of a place and we are already talking about going back next year. I don't have anything negative to say but just for information the staircase is very narrow and care must be taken, but this certainly wouldnt put us off. Thank you Melinda

William the owner has great humour and was very interesting to chat with whilst having a drink. Sleeping on the boat was so comfortable and peaceful..

Location and welcome, perfect for cyclists. Delightful host, close to shops, excellently furnished.

Great breakfast As we were th eonly ones staying Matilde made some amazing Banana Bread for breakfast. Very clrean rooms and amazing garden.

The property is a haven for those cycling the canal between Dinan and Rennes. It has a lot of charm and is beautifully decorated. The bath and shower were great after a cold day cycling. There is secure under cover storage for bikes and a charging facility for e-bikes. The bed was very comfortable and there is an electric blind that can fully darken the bedroom that is up only one flight of stairs. The lounge / kitchen downstairs is a wonderful bonus. The hosts were gracious. We have ridden extensively in France and this is one of the nicest places to stay.

Quiet, value for money, friendly host, free WiFi, facilities for drinks and some snacks.

The property was in a lovely location on the site, surrounded by plants and trees and nice and peaceful. Also only a 1 minute walk from the main facilities.
