The location is peaceful, ideal for vacation if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy. The house itself is perfect. It has everything you could possibly need and there is not many neighbours around. The owner was very kind to leave us a welcome gift upon our arrival. We also have to compliment our caretaker ms. Ivana for her kindness. A big plus for us personally is that our dogs were welcome. They had a blast! 😁

Such a beautiful house with view of the sea. The beach is really close and nice to spend the evening at. Nikica and his family are such nice people and he was always available to answer all our questions. We had a great stay!

Perfect villa to spend vacation. Very nice pool area with necessary amenities to relax (clean water in the pool, sunbeds, outside shower etc.). Hosts are super-nice and pleasant, hospitality is on top level!

House Manuela is in a hamlet in a rural area on the edge of the mountains. It is small (as described and pictured) but well designed inside. The kitchen is clean with new appliances and a good amount of cooking equipment. The garden/patio has been thoughtful laid out and planted with succulents. If you are looking for a calm and quiet holiday location then this is a good choice for one or two couples. We relaxed at the house, cooked for ourselves and made two excursions to a beach, one of which was on the beautiful island of Pag. There are two large Plodine supermarkets within 30 minutes drive and a local corner shop within walking distance.

Nice and clean, comfortable and with great view

Perfect location near the sea and mountains, wonderful view from the balcony. Efficient air conditioning and a fridge. Wonderful music during breakfast. Helpful staff working hard despite extremely high temperature. Generally the atmosphere of Novigrad with an amazing castle and a short way to Paklenica National Park. I would like to come back to this place.

The whole ambient of the camping site was amazing. A really nice place to relax.

Quiet, cosy, clean, perfect for family getaway. In addition you get to use a private peer on river Zrmanja which is a nice bonus. Some nights, during the extremely high temperature days, we didn’t even have to use the AC because there was a bit of a cold wind blowing throughout the night. I was really impressed by mr. Ivan (Ivek :)) who maintained the property like a Swiss clock and Ms. Marija at the reception who was extremely kind and helpful host, providing all kind of information and advice to us. The pool is extremely well maintained and has the cleanest water I have ever seen in my life.
