The sea is just in front of the house. When we asked for something (like a frying pan, or a laundry), our host kindly provided. Our host was very kind and offered to drive us around for free. I recommend this place 100%, would come again!

Room was nearly new, very clean and really quite luxurious for the low price. It's on the main road, near the supermarkets, but it is quiet at night. I was there for the Armenia water festival, which I only realised when I walked out of the hotel and got a bucket of water in the face from a local child. So there was a cold shower and cultural experience included for nothing.

It is located on an authentic farm surrounded by mountains and it was very inetresting to spend the night there. The rooms were so clean and comfortable! The host was great as well. We ordered dinner and it was home made and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.
