Номери, харчування, пляж, ставлення персоналу- все на найкращому рівні. Завжди було чим зайнятись на території готелю. Для дітей гарний гральний майданчик, різні локації для спортивних ігор. Обов’язково повернемося ще❤️

Помешкання Barut Hemera - Ultra All Inclusive розміщено у Сіде, за 3 хв. ходьби від пам'ятки "Пляж Кумкой". We had an amazing stay at Barut Hemera! The food was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable, and the location is perfect — you can enjoy relaxing walks along the seafront promenade right from the hotel. We stayed as a big group with kids, and the hotel turned out to be an ideal place for a family gathering. There’s everything you need for a great family holiday — beautiful pools, kids' activities, and well-thought-out infrastructure that makes traveling with children easy and enjoyable. A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kind and professional help when we forgot some of our daughter’s toys in the room. We are especially grateful to Ümmü from the front office management team for the care and support in helping us get them back. It meant a lot to us and to our little one! Highly recommend Barut Hemera for anyone traveling with family — we would love to come back again!

The apartment was really clean and spacious. The location is great: 10 min to the beach and 20 min to the city center. All stores are in the vicinity.

Food was excellent, plenty of choices with both fresh fruit and cooked options. The hot pre cooked food was sometimes Luke warm - so perhaps this needs attention. All four A'la Carte restaurants were very good, we especially enjoyed the Eastern and Western cuisines. All A'la Carte restaurants are charged at 5 Euro's per person, well worth trying. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly especially the service staff at beach level restaurant. This really is a great hotel to visit, the amenities are excellent with a beautiful beach a stones throw away. We had room 1302 - fantastic sea view and everything needed to make us very comfortable.

From the beginning when we arrived we have luggage service from our car we were help with luggage and taken by electric buggy to our room, the place is all green, lots of palm trees and banana trees ,.mandarin trees ,the place looks better than on the site, food was in abundance with lot of options to chose from, drinks service at table ;the staff was very friendly and helpful ,the service was the best I have seen so far !and this comes from someone who works on the hospitaly industry and traveled so far in 137 countries, desserts made on the spot from scratch with lots to chose from ,enertainement staff was very involved with themed party every night, quality of the drinks was very good for all inclusive I especially enjoyed the Schweppes selection ,management was around all the time checking the quality of product from early morning .For me the best part with sets Melas apart from other locations was the quality of services and the fact that they have bottled sparkling water included in all inclusive available on the beach in the fridge because that's all I drink, also I really enjoyed the beach bar drinks ice cream and Donner kebab with was included in the al inclusive program, pizza available on the afternoon was very tasty. Amazing job ! THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT for a very relaxing vacation, everything was delightful. I am looking for next time to come here! I will recommend from the heart Melas to all my friends.

До послуг гостей цього готелю окремий пляж на середземноморському узбережжі, спа-центр, відкритий плавальний басейн і дитячий клуб. Ми з сім'єю провели чудово відпустку. Гарна звукоізоляція в номерах, дозволила почуватися як вдома. Комфортний номер, зручне ліжко, чудова територія і огромний пляж! А їжа, це насолодження, дякуємо шеф-кухарю.
