this was my second time at this great hotel traveling on business to Jinan . amazing staff and clean .very warm welcome and a personal welcome from the general manager who went above and beyond , even arranging contact with sister hotel in Beijing for our onward travel . The property was fine - decent location near the metro which was good and easily walkable to the city centre. Everything was clean and the food options were good, though open at weird hours

This was my first time staying at the hotel the ultra luxury and premium hotel but it felt like this was not at all value for money in jinan city where as wassim hotel which was 2x lower price has better service and location as well .
