The whole hotel had been refurbished to a very high standard and was really beautiful, the bedrooms were gorgeous, the bar area sumptuous and dining area really fabulous with classy furniture and lots of attention to detail. The spa area was amazing, clean, upscale and fantastic. We were half board and had never eaten so much in our lives, organic, home cooked, massive selection and very tasty. Superb staff as well. Plus only 2 minutes from the gondola and the ski shop under the hotel gave a discount and great service.
is this a 5 star location? for me one no, it has too many shortcomings to be 5 stars, for this money I stayed at the hotel. but let's start with the pluses: you have parking for the car relatively close to the party/centre Quiet hot water and heat (even excessively hot)
cozy, clean quiet luxury style property, a nice combo between modern and rural mountain style. Extremely dog friendly. The Chef if offering a perfect local home made breakfast and a large selection of international and bulgarian cuisine with a twist. The win cellar is quiet impressive and versatile.
The room was warm and clean. Food was above average(compliments for the spinach, chicken, mushroom and beef soup to the chef)
We got what we expected. The offer didn’t promise accommodation in a five star facility, so we wasn’t surprised by anything. A basic accommodation included well heated decent hotel room in a great and quiet location. The communication with the host was correct.
