I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

The hotel is very cozy, with a designer's touch in every aspect of its interior. It feels warm and welcoming, offering good food and exceptionally professional, friendly staff. They even adjusted the breakfast time half an hour earlier to accommodate our early departure.

Hotel Borovets Hills Ski & Spa is located in a peaceful and elevated area of Borovets a 2-minute walk from the Yastrebets ski slopes. Really recommended place. Very close to the slopes, it takes 7,8 minutes with child. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. For example, when we entered the spa with our child, they immediately asked if we needed a floatie or inflatable armbands. When we went into the playroom and everything was turned off, the receptionist quickly came in and turned everything on for us—just one of many thoughtful gestures. They really paid attention to every detail, both in the room and throughout the hotel. The room was fully equipped with everything we could need—quality bath gel, shampoo, body lotion, mirrors—nothing was missing. Very clean and a little view at the mountain from our room. A wide range of food eventhough we were at the end of season. So cute two huge aquariums in the restaurant - we enjoyed looking at them. The spa center was absolutely fantastic - clean, friendly staff and pretty relaxed. I also have to praise the ski rental—two wonderful people working there, very friendly and helpful. See you next year!
