This 5-star superior hotel overlooks Lake Constance in the Petershausen district of Konstanz. Probably the best breakfast you can get in all of Konstanz.

The Hotel Bayerischer Hof is in Lindau, directly on Lake Constance. It offers large rooms, an outdoor swimming pool (open in summer months) and wonderful views of the lake. The front desk staff welcomed us very warmly and provided clear and helpful guidance about the facilities and parking. The room’s interior and design were a tasteful blend of modern and classic styles. The bathroom was very contemporary, and everything was clean and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities thoughtfully provided. There was also a terrace space, and we were satisfied with the partial harbor view. Breakfast was enjoyable and met our expectations. Steigenberger Inselhotel has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and garden in Konstanz. Boasting a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Great location! Historical building right on the lake. Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar is open and they also serve delicious food. They have lake access in case anyone wants to swim and comfortable chairs for tanning/relaxing by the lake. I wish we could stay longer. Everything was so relaxing. Walking distance from the main train station, the marina and the old town.
