Every team member I encountered was incredibly professional, warm and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and personalised service went far beyond my expectations. I left feeling thoroughly impressed and very happy with my stay. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend The St. Regis to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable and seamless hotel experience.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff looked after me like family. The manager Reham personally picked me up at the airport at 3:00am having worked a long day because she was worried about me getting to the hotel safe. They also gave me a free upgrade. All the amenities were wonderful and it was an oasis in New Cairo. Huge thank you to the reception team that we’re so kind. The cleaners were so helpful and sweet. And the most personable and lovely manager Reham was the highlight. She made my trip one to remember- I will definitely coming back! The place was super clean, new and communication was easy and any concerns dealt with right away. Worth every penny.
