Very friendly and helpful staff. The guys that work there go above and beyond to help with every question and need you might have. The location is perfect. Located in Zamalek and surrounded by lots of embassies, the zone feels very safe to walk even later in the evening. We never had any problem. Close to Downtown and and all main attractions are easily accessible. Also there are lots of stores, shops and restaurants on the same street that work until late in the evening. We always used taxi but there is a metro stop right next to the hotel. Room was cozy, beds comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was prepared every morning and was plenty. We also loved the balcony and enjoyed having breakfast outside. And finally the design of the hotel-very modern, very chic and every detail very carefully picked. Very very clean and the whole atmosphere was really pleasant and makes you feel like home. Just don't get confused when you enter the building, wait until you reach the floor where the hotel is located :) The only problem was the wifi signal not being so strong across all rooms for videos and big uploads. But this is a minor thing as close to the reception was working just fine.
