The staff was so kind and helpful. Receptionist Michael was super helpful and took care of us for everything we needed. At the morning shift, the two receptionists (women) are also helpful and kind. The room was super comfortable, the bed, the temperature, the pyramids view.

The staff looked after me like family. The manager Reham personally picked me up at the airport at 3:00am having worked a long day because she was worried about me getting to the hotel safe. They also gave me a free upgrade. All the amenities were wonderful and it was an oasis in New Cairo. Huge thank you to the reception team that we’re so kind. The cleaners were so helpful and sweet. And the most personable and lovely manager Reham was the highlight. She made my trip one to remember- I will definitely coming back! The place was super clean, new and communication was easy and any concerns dealt with right away. Worth every penny.
