A huge thank you to Lady Spmenka, whose attentive and kind service during breakfast time made each morning perfect and gave us the greatest support. Furthermore, we were thrilled with the outstanding support from the reception staff. They went above and beyond by kindly providing us with a complimentary room upgrade and an additional massage, which made our experience even more luxurious and relaxing. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
