Beautiful resort and the staff is phenomenal! The hotel is beautiful and has many amenities. You can eat on the beach, the staff is very attentive and will check on you frequently.

It starts with the personnel, everybody seems genuinely glad to have you as a guest and is willing to help you with any question or request. Breakfast is abundant and we were assigned a table for our whole stay, this also means we were greet every morning by the same staff that quickly learned our preferences. The SPA is the 'secret gem' of this hotel. Spacious, brand new, well attended, an oasis for that rainy day. We enjoyed Federico's Aufguss sauna ceremony every day of our stay. Some other activities and entertainment were offered during the week as part of our stayed that made it very special and enjoyable. This hotel was our favorite of our northern Italy trip and would come back without a doubt. Highly recommended.

Close enough to walk San Marco but serene at nights. The room was very clean every day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were surprised to be greeted by hotel representatives at the dock. The taxi driver called the hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room without any additional charge. The room was magnificent. The hotel's breakfasts were excellent. The interiors were stunning. Everything was exquisite. We had previously stayed in other 5-star hotels. This one was superior at a lower cost. Our experience at the hotel was highly positive.

Our stay at VISTA Verona was exceptional from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the accommodation was beyond our expectations — beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed. We also enjoyed the hotel’s spa, which was relaxing and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of high-quality products. One evening we even had a drink on the terrace before heading out to dinner, which made for a perfect start to the night.
