Octant Douro located in Vista Alegre, Castelo de Paiva. Offering a stunning infinity pool the hotel overlooks the Douro River blending itself with the surrounding nature. Never have had a more luxurious stay and experience in the hotel. The infinity pools with a view straight on Douro River and valley are just breathtaking. The staff is super helpful and authentically friendly. Super looking forward to my next stay in one of the Octant hotels! There will definitely be a next time!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was extraordinary. Cleanliness and beds were exceptional.

Surrounded by vineyards, Hotel Douro Scala offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony overlooking Cidadelhe’s mountains. It has a spa with a heated indoor pool, private treatment rooms, and a hot... Rooms are super comfortable, the staff is very nice, and the view is superb. The location is perfect to explore the valley during the day, and be back still in time to enjoy the pool in the afternoon.

The MW Douro Wine & Spa offers 1 restaurant ( D ' Vino Flavors & Soul ) and 1 Cocktail Bar lounge ( Boho Mixology Cocktail Bar ) a Wellness & Spa center with sauna, turkish bath, indoor pool and... The view is breathtaking - make sure to book the room with the view if you want to enjoy this from your bedroom - 1/2 of the rooms don't have a view. The staff was the best I've had in Portugal. Friendly, helpful, polite, dedicated, and good English. The stay was very pleasant. The indoor pool is headed to 32C and is wonderful for evening swims and SPA facilities were open 24 hours.
