Marta and Raquel welcomed us at check in. they were most hospitable and professional! Marta served us your famous port wine upon arrival. she gave us helpful with suggestions re sights to visit. we enjoyed the full view of the Duoro River from our balconies of our premium deluxe rooms. your restaurant staff were friendly, for example, Bruno Ribeiro, Justin Timberlake, lookalike, service's was attentive and responsive. we enjoyed our meals. breakfast was delicious as well. the rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. bathroom was modern and spotless. towels were soft and white. free indoor parking was secured with easy access. the location is private and serene. highly recommend.

The MW Douro Wine & Spa offers 1 restaurant ( D ' Vino Flavors & Soul ) and 1 Cocktail Bar lounge ( Boho Mixology Cocktail Bar ) a Wellness & Spa center with sauna, turkish bath, indoor pool and... Spa and pool were amazing. Breakfast was very delicious. Location of the hotel was perfect.
