Our room was a studio, with a lot of space and light. The restaurant of the hotel serves tasty food and offers rich menu.

The location is fantastic, close to all the main attractions and the Ski area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the food – absolutely delicious! The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and the dining experience overall was exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The property is located in a building with no elevator. When travelling with pets, please note that pets are allowed only in the following rooms: "Chalet" and "Superior Chalet" for an extra charge of 40 BGN per pet, per night. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Excellent location to the slopes. Would definitely return

Excellent location — just a 2-minute walk from the lift, which made everything very easy. The hotel has a spacious parking area, and the rooms were comfortable and well-kept. The restaurant has a lovely cozy atmosphere, and the outdoor hot tubs in the spa were a real highlight — perfect for relaxing after skiing.
