March 2025. I give the Hyatt a full five stars. My stay was perfect. I enjoyed the food the most. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Having stayed at the hotel several times, I had the impression that the quality had improved. The minor issue that the restaurant staff is poorly trained and speaks very little English doesn't change my rating.

Everything was great! The room size, the food, the view of the slope, the facilities, play room and kids club and of course the gala dinner ! We absolutely loved it and next time in Borovets we'll stay at Inglika!

we got the chalet unit which worked perfectly for our group (3 adults friends). the unit is one bedroom (2 beds in the room and one double bed in the main room), nice bathroom (excellent shower) and a sauna which in additional cost and we did not use. the chalet is build from wood and have special charm (but also a bit rustic since you walk on wood and has carpet). it is also on the ground level and not part of the main building. we also liked the breakfast (included in the price). we also had dinner and coffee in the hotel restaurant (we found it the best place in town, also well priced). and obviously we liked the value for money. we paid ~150 lev for 3 adults including breakfast. late checkout was also very appreciated.

The personnel was genuinely happy to see us and have a chat. Everyone smiling and positive. That creates a great atmosphere. Clean, luxury, but cozy place we want to come back in winter too. Great food for every taste. A lot of things to do: spa, singers, mountain lift nearby etc. Kids friendly: cartoon cinema, kinder garden, activities throughout the day, kids rooms... The hotel that creates good memories!

City Plaza is located in Botevgrad. With a fitness centre, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom.

Everything was as expected. We stayed at this hotel for one night while in transit and had no issues. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Breakfast is okay, as expected on this price range, nothing fancy about it.
