The hotel has a good location. It has more facilities than a 3 star hotel, including bathrobes, sauna, swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Gheorghe and Anton are well experienced in massage. After a long day skiing, the massage relaxed the muscles. The restaurant is clean, pleasant and with quality foods.

The hotel is very modern, with nice design. The spa area is very nice with variety of saunas and outside mineral jacuzzis. Excellent massages. Our room was a studio, with a lot of space and light. The restaurant of the hotel serves tasty food and offers rich menu.

Hydropark the Wind Mills is located in Gorna Malina and offers 6 outdoor pools, water slides for adults and children, a restaurant and a lake for sport fishing stocked with trophy fish.

The staff was amazing. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Made us feel like VIPs :) pools, activities, food, accommodation were all more than we expected. It was also really clean. We stayed from a Monday until Wednesday so it was not very crowded, but enough people to have a fun vibe.

Very beautiful Hotel with spa that is perfect. All the procedure was pleasure. The pools was clean and with different temperature. The rooms was comfort mattress .very good food on high expecting. Breakfast like a five star hotel.

We had a wonderful weekend away at Iglika Hotel - the location is great, quiet, safe. Very cosy and beautiful hotel, modern facilities and modern furnish. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they made us feel so welcome! A range of massages which require pre-booking the day before but absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Situated right between the chair lift and the drag lifts, Ice Angels Hotel has a remarkable location. It offers rooms with fireplace, views on the slopes and free Wi-Fi.

Location is great, right next to two ski chair lifts. The room had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do more for us. In particular the bell boy went the extra mile to check we were happy. Breakfast was lovely too!

Hotel staff are very helpful and honest. I received a phone call from the guest relations manager one week after returning home. He asked me if I had left anything in the room? They had found €600 that I had left on the top shelf of the wardrobe and they worked out it was me because of the ski passes that were with the cash. This was a massive surprise to hear and the staff went above and beyond to return the money to me. They transferred the money by Western Union and I had it back in a couple of days. Thanks to guest relations manager Yordan and to all his team at Hotel Rila we will hopefully be back again next year.

City Plaza is located in Botevgrad. With a fitness centre, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom.

Everything was as expected. We stayed at this hotel for one night while in transit and had no issues. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Breakfast is okay, as expected on this price range, nothing fancy about it.
