The rooms are warm and clean, the beds are comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner are sufficient.

Our family stay at this hotel was wonderful. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff were kind, attentive, and especially accommodating to families with children. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, suitable for both adults and children. Overall, this hotel was a perfect choice for a family holiday. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay and would happily recommend it to other families. We would definitely return.

Dinner is also delicious, but a bit pricey in Bulgarian terms.

The location is fantastic, close to all the main attractions and the Ski area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the food – absolutely delicious! The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and the dining experience overall was exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The property is located in a building with no elevator. When travelling with pets, please note that pets are allowed only in the following rooms: "Chalet" and "Superior Chalet" for an extra charge of 40 BGN per pet, per night.
