The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It is very convenient for lay overs at Yogyakarta International, efficient transfers to and from airport. Beautiful and modern design, many areas to relax. Great coffe at the coffee bar, and breakfast or room service. Cool pool :). Perfect for connections with super clean rooms, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tooth brush and paste, sewing kit, shoe polish..etc... BUT... for me the staff.. every department, so friendly and accommodating . They went out of their way to provide me me with wifi connection while there was a temporary wifi problem. You can be sure to be looked after. I stayed there twice and they will be always my choice of accommodation.  Thank you to all the beautiful staff of Grand Dafam Yogyakarta. Much much appreciated :)

The most attentive and kind staff at any hotel I've ever stayed at. My partner and I were getting married during our stay and even though it wasn't at the hotel itself they still congratulated us and provided us a small gift. It's also the best breakfast buffet in the whole country. To my suprise when they asked for tea or coffee at breakfast they even wanted to know the type of coffee. It was a real cappuccino! The rarest in all of Indonesia!

Staff are amazing: competent, friendly, and they lack the shyness that staff members have in other places. Thank you to the manager and the whole team, we had a great stay here! Breakfast is amazing, and dinner as well,. There's a brand new and very well equipped gym that we used every day. We loved sitting at the outside bar and just watch the sea and nearby Bali. We'll be back at the Dialoog some time in the future for sure!
