The building and rooms look very new, and the room itself is quite spacious. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were very friendly. Absolutely everything. From arrival to us leaving the experience was utter perfection. We came for the World Champs and the hospitality to ensure we could warm our food, get the rugby on in the bar and make sure we were comfortable at all times was just incredible.
