Very clean and modern. Rooms are having a unique decor and an outside balcony. Very chilled and peaceful. The swimming pool is amazing with the mountains view. Buffet breakfast is varied. Staff were very helpdul and they allowed me to use the swimming pool after check out. I totally recommend it.

The hotel is built into nature, and in the mornings, you wake up to the sounds of cicadas and chirping birds. There are water monitors, squirrels which are magnificent. It was absolutely wonderful, and we will definitely come back.

Just 45 minutes from Krabi International Airport, Islanda Hideaway Resort is the only resort on Klang Island — a peaceful fisherman village where no cars are allowed and life moves at a gentle pace. The nice pool and the cocktail happy hour, very friendly stuff.

The view is good but it’s a bit far from the highway and scary at night since there’s not much light if you walk. Not able to use the pool though as we are tired when we get home from other activities. But the staff were nice and allowed my bf’s friend to stay sometimes in our room for a few hours.

Rooms and grounds were beautiful, staff were exceptionally kind and helpful and the food was incredible. 5 minute walk down to the beach. 10 min drive from Mootu pier which staff provided transport to/from.

What can we say other than book this spot today! The Bungalows are all new or newly renovated in the past few years. They are impeccably designed to integrate amenities traveling guests want while also staying true to a Thailand feel. The AC unit worked like a charm! The pool area, beachfront and restaurant areas are very well laid out and so inviting! We didn't want to leave. We enjoyed two massages while on property as well that were wonderful. The massage place is directly overlooking the beach so you can hear the waves crashing. While it is more affordable to get a massage up the road, the fact that you can have it beachside is worth the extra coin. A truly nice touch! The restaurant has ample options for breakfast too! We especially enjoyed the ability to order custom smoothies. Additionally, we ate dinner here the first night of our stay and enjoyed it so much that we ate every meal at the hotel. Loved the Massaman Meatballs, Satay, Shrimp, Cashew Chicken Stir-Fry and Creme Brûlée! The owners are on site and you can sense it. They care. They want the guests to have a memorable experience. They checked in on us, made sure to always say hello. To be honest, we did not want to leave. It was hard saying goodbye to such a wonderful place. We can not wait to return and will tell all our friends to visit here as well!

Our stay at the Lazy Lodge exceeded our expectations and was the cherry on top of our Thailand trip. The vibe is phenomenal, relaxing, classy and laid back all at once. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. This is true hospitality where your needs are often anticipated. The restaurant is so fantastic we never ate anywhere else (must try chef’s recommendations and massaman curry!) as we worked our way through almost every dish during our 5 night stay. Dreaming of returning!
