United KingdomStayed here recently in Porth, Newquay and honestly couldn’t fault it a solid 10/10.
The caravan itself was spotless when we arrived, and you could tell it had been properly looked after. Plenty of space for a three-bedroom setup, which made it perfect for our group no one felt cramped and the layout was really well thought out. The beds were comfortable, the living area was cosy, and everything you’d need for a stay was there.
Location-wise, it’s ideal. Just a short walk down to Porth Beach, which is a massive bonus, especially if you like a quieter spot compared to the busier Newquay beaches. Still close enough to get into town easily when you want a bit more going on.
The little details made a difference too. Clean linens, well-equipped kitchen, and everything working exactly as it should. It felt more like a home than a typical holiday rental. JC has done a really good job with the mood lighting for the evenings, which made it feel even more relaxing and inviting.
Overall, great value for money, perfect location, and a really comfortable stay. Would 100% come back again and happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Newquay.

IrelandThe location is a fantastic base for North Cornwall but besides this ,the property is a slice of rural heaven,so relaxing almost feels as if it’s cast a spell on you ,beautiful surroundings excellent outside space set ups,three different types of accommodation available each with its own unique charm,we stayed in a caravan set up ,bedding /towels provided along with electricity,heater,electric blankets and lamps all unexpected but very much appreciated ,heating wasn’t needed as we had a lovely few sunny days, outside space with seating and table fire pit and swing seat all which felt so private but still within short distance to bathroom facilities,and kitchen facilities ,we were able to do a small clothes wash which was another bonus ,chickens onsite really brightened up are mornings and all the other animals from pheasant/owl/rabbits /squirrels and a host of birds and beasties all bring their own beauty and add to an impressive atmosphere. Hosts are fantastic so generous with their facilities ,very approachable and authentic ,can not recommend this place any higher and almost do not want to as I’d like to keep this gem to ourselves. Village within walking distance that has butchers/small corner shop/pub and restaurant and great historical buildings and places of interest.
