This tent has a sofa, air conditioning and garden view. The tent can accommodate up to 2 extra guests with additional charges. We travelled to Bintan with our 3 kids, and another family and their 2 kids, and we all had a great time. We were genuinely shocked at how beautiful the lagoon (Treasure Bay) looked from the hotel and that it looked exactly like the pictures. We had expected to be disappointed because we assumed the photos must have been heavily Photoshopped, but we were blown away by the aesthetic. The resort is simply gorgeous. The rooms and the lagoon were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the staff (Djeremy) played snakes and ladders with my son at every meal and was amazing with him. The customer service from all of the staff was first class. We spent time in a lagoon view tent deluxe (right near the lagoon beach) and then spent our last night in one of the tents at the back of the property with the private spa pool . They were both lovely I would recommend Natra Bintan to anyone, particularly young families.

The place, the service, the quiet getaway - trust me ur time here literally runs slow.. I don't know for what reason. but as long as you don't bring work with u.. time runs slow which is miraculous for me. I'm a very busy person and my head is always thinking. i decided to leave laptop behind and this place is like a total rest. tried all the activities that I can book.. atv here is the best experience.. mangrove watching and blue lake are unique places as well.. worth to go coz these are only found in bintan... the service team here are superb.. great service.. they call themselves "friends" not workers or colleagues.. they are very good, attentive and really friendly atmosphere. Internet is available as well don't worry..

Na raspolaganju su vam dva kreveta. Objekat Madu Tiga Beach and Resort, koji se nalazi u gradu Tanjung Pinang, nudi bazen na otvorenom, terasu, bar i besplatan WiFi. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved using the kayaks to enjoy the water and enjoyed the beaches, karaoke, and breakfast. The bungalows we stayed at were clean and air condition worked great. Overall we had a great experience.
