The staff were very friendly and very very helpful. The breakfast was glorious with really nice chill places to sit and enjoy it. We stayed in one of the eco pods which had plenty of space for our family of 4 and lovely warm shower. Kids had a great time and we felt very safe letting them explore around the resort while we relaxed.

Great attention to detail. The staff was very warm and inviting and the hospitality was amazing. The breakfast every morning was delicious as was the tea! Good location and they even will pick you up at the airport and take you back. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is the best with snow capped Atlas mountain in backdrop. We witnesses a beautiful sunrise directly from the tent window! We were the only two families in the resort but they did everything from preparing fresh food to nighttime campfire with beautiful fire dance show. The food at their restaurant deserves a 5 star rating!!
