Great hospitality from the host who invited us to a movie night and offered everyone who came freshly squeezed juice and home-made vegan desert! Loved the whole stay. Offering river views, Kamp na Otoku - Ljubno ob Savinji is an accommodation located in Ljubno, 35 km from Beer Fountain Žalec and 48 km from Obir Dripstone Caves. The owners are very warm and very helpful people. The camping is exactly what one would wish for: in the middle of nature, near a river, wooden tables, wooden kitchen and a gathering place around a camp fire. Children play in the smaller water stream that crosses the campsite and there are plenty of hiking possiblities. I stayed 2 nights in a wooden cabin and one night in a tent with a wooden open roof. Both had nice and firm matrasses. Oh and yes! No mosquitos here!! I had a meeting up in the mountains and since I came to the camping with public transport, the owner took me there and picked me up and did that as a service. Whenever I will go to that beautiful area again I will definitely come back here at Kamp na Otoku!

Located in Podčetrtek, a few steps from Terme Olimia and a few steps from Podcetrtek Thermal Spa, Glamping Olimia Adria village provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a restaurant and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. A really amazing stay! We stayed here for 1 night only and it was amazing! I think spring is the best time to visit this glamping. The tent - is clean, well kept, has all the necessities you need. There is a small bathroom, closet space, very nice bed, we slept very well (Maybe only the lights outside the tent were annoyingly bright and directed at the tent. You are provided with a blindfold though). The area in front of the tent is the best - very peaceful and the views are amazing, the birds sing all day and nature is all around. Worth to mention is that we got a free upgrade to a bigger tent, which was great! Breakfast- you can choose which breakfast option you would like (classic, vital and slovenian) it was very good, with fresh eggs that were still warm. It was brought to our tent at the time we chose exactly! Dinner (or lunch) - we went for dinner in the nearby hotel Sotelia (25€ per person - no drinks included) and it was good, nothing new or over the top good though - usual hotel dinner. Maybe opt for the cheaper option in hotel Breza nearby (20€pp i think), the food is probably similar. To order dinner you have to mention it to the reception on campsite. Wellness - We went to wellness Orhidelia both days. The wellness is truly amazing and relaxing. It is adults only and beautiful. To enter you do have to pay extra, but we got it for free as compensation for “Aqualuna” water park still being closed in spring. We really appreciated that, since we were going to go to Orhidelia anyways. Overall a nice, relaxing, peaceful vacation, thank you to all the kind staff as well:) Sill definitely be returning!
