Loved this hotel with our room overlooking Wolfgangsee in Strobl. Lovely comfortable room and bed. Little sofa and seat made it a great place to relax. On the roof is a fantastic little outdoor heated pool with a steam room and sauna. Restaurant was very good as was breakfast. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Location is great with good bus service and boats on the lake.

Lovely room with spacious powerful shower. Umbrellas and beach bag in the room for your use and beach towels supplied when requested. Private hut down by the lakeside with changing rooms and lockers for your use to leave your stuff. Excellent breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and bacon if you wish. Restaurant serves delicious food and all of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming

The view from balkony was astonishing. Rooms were big, everything was good. We didn't try the pool or sauna, but I saw some people spending some time there. Breakfast was good, but I had higher expectations from such a hotel.

Schlosshotel Mondsee is located in the center of Mondsee, next to the Basilica of Saint Michael, and only a 5-minute walk from the shore of Lake Mondsee.

I really liked the food - a large variety of tasty and healthy food - you can even make your own smoothie from apples, carrots, sellerei and ginger. For dinner, you can choose from several menus, including vegetarian cuisine. Dinner dishes are served and decorated at the level of Michelin 5 stars. Every day the hotel has a new plan of events. The hotel is run by a family, their care and attention are present in every corner of the hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm, welcoming and friendly.

We absolutely loved everything about the apartment and the amenities! We traveled with two kids and a dog, and everything was super comfortable — spacious rooms, good mattresses, and a large balcony with a gorgeous view. The bathroom was big and included a bathtub, which was a great bonus. The apartment is just a minute’s walk from the main hotel, where guests can access the spa and wellness facilities. For added convenience, there was also a washing machine and dryer available for our use. The spa, with its stunning view, was amazing — plenty of options and quiet relaxation rooms. During our stay, there were almost no other guests using the spa, so we had a truly relaxing experience. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for any weather. There’s also a water park very close to the hotel, which is great for families. A huge thank you to the staff — we arrived late (after the regular check-in time), and the owner kindly waited for us, welcomed us personally, and allowed us to complete the formal check-in the next day. We really appreciated this warm hospitality.

Exceptionally good hotel in a beautiful location. Everything was very clean, the spa/swimming pool facilities were perfect, and the bar-restaurant was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us at all times, especially Diana that helped us with many recommendations during our breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back soon.
