Hyvä kokonaisuus, koko henkilökunta superystävällisiä ja -avuliaita. Hotellin sijainti oli minulle ehdottoman optimaalinen, jopa kaikki bussireitit (1-4) kulkivat Ermitage'in kautta (ilmainen julkinen liikenne!). Loistoyhteydet ylemmille vuoristoalueilla etc etc!!
