Amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel accommodated a change in our booking even though they did not need to, they upgraded us to a wonderful suite and they ensured we got a gift cheese board for our anniversary! Just wow! And, it did not hurt that the hotel looks like something out of a fairytale! Could not recommend strongly enough!

If I could give this 11 stars I would! A perfect location and the staff even put me in a room with a back door so I could easily take my dog out.

This is my favourite place to stay in Camrose. It is very clean and comfortable and the staff are wonderful. The location is perfect....close to shopping and theatres. The food is always delicious in the dining room and you get great value for your money.

Just off Highway 3, this Central Coleman hotel features barbecue facilities. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Crowsnest Pass Golf & Country Club is 5 minutes' drive away.

Great for families. Kids loved the waterslide and the treasure hunt. Breakfast was very nice. Rooms were large and comfortable.

The hot tub that leads outside was amazing particularly at night in the dark with lights. The kids pool was also excellent ....and well used! The foyer has a lot of games that were used by a lot of families and it is a great spot to sit in front of a lovely fire. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The activities for New Year's Eve were also great fun. It was also lovely being able to have a dog at the hotel and there were a lot of dogs but they were all well behaved and beautiful.

Just five minute away from downtown in a very quiet neighborhood away from the crowded streets of Banff. The room was big, clean with a very well equipped kitchen. The structure also has a waterpark and hot tubs.
